Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today received the Secretary General of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, H.E. Martin Briens, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. They discussed ways to strengthen ASEAN-France cooperation, both bilaterally and within the ASEAN-European Union Dialogue Relations cooperation framework.
