Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning joined other Ministers and Representatives in-charge of Disaster Management from the ASEAN Member States, China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, in the audience with Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The audience took place prior to Opening Ceremony of the 13th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Disaster Management (AMMDM) and the 14th Meeting of the Conference of Parties (COP) to the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) and Related Meetings, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
