Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today participated in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Plus Meeting as part of the SCO Summit 2025 held in Tianjin, China. The Meeting brought together Leaders from over 20 countries and representatives from 10 international organisations, including SCO Member States, partners, and invited guests. Dr. Kao observed with keen interest the developments within the SCO framework and outcomes of the Summit, which would contribute to the regional engagement and cooperation.
