Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today attended the 22nd Meeting of the High-Level Task Force on the ASEAN Community’s Post 2025 Vision (HLTF-ACV), co-chaired by Malaysia and the Philippines, in Penang, Malaysia. The HLTF-ACV discussed the draft Kuala Lumpur Declaration to adopt the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the Strategic Plans of the three Community Pillars and ASEAN Connectivity, including the APSC Strategic Plan, as well as the way forward to ensure that the ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and its Strategic Plans are ready for adoption at the 46th ASEAN Summit, in Malaysia.
