Co-Chaired by Malaysia and the Philippines, the 22nd Meeting of the HLTF-ACV commenced today, 17 March 2025, in Penang, Malaysia with a meeting of the High-Level Representatives to further refine the draft Kuala Lumpur Declaration to adopt the ASEAN Community Vision and its Strategic Plans, among others.
