Co-Chaired by Malaysia and the Philippines, the 20th Meeting of the HLTF-ACV commenced today, 21 January 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a drafting session of the APSC Strategic Plan. The ASEAN Community Vision 2045 and the Strategic Plans of the three Community Pillars and ASEAN Connectivity are expected to be adopted this year.
