Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning joined other heads of delegation in the courtesy session with the Prime Minister of Lao PDR, Sonexay Siphandone, on the occasion of the Meeting of Governors and Mayors of ASEAN Capitals 2024 and ASEAN Mayors Forum in Vientiane, Lao PDR. All participants expressed appreciation for the leadership and commitment of the Government of Lao PDR as Chair of ASEAN Smart Cities Network this year in advancing ASEAN’s efforts in smart and sustainable urban development.
