Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today joined Ministers and representatives from all 27 members of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) in the 31st ARF held in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Meeting exchanged views on current international and regional security issues, as well as deliberated on ideas and efforts to chart the future direction of the ARF.
