Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today met with the Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Philippines Enrique Manalo in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and Related Meetings. They touched on the Philippines’ preparations as the Chair of ASEAN in 2026 and discussed various issues of common interest, such as the ASEAN Community Vision 2045. Secretary-General Dr Kao reaffirmed the ASEAN Secretariat’s readiness to support the Philippines and ASEAN Member States.
