Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today met with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore Vivian Balakrishnan in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and Related Meetings. They discussed ways to advance ASEAN Community building efforts. They also exchanged views on regional and international issues, among others.
