Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr. Kao Kim Hourn today met with Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom David Lammy, at the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings in Vientiane, Lao PDR. SG Dr. Kao congratulated Minister Lammy’s recent appointment as Secretary of State on 5 July 2024. They then discussed ways to further advance the ASEAN-UK Dialogue Relations and exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest and concern.
