Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN Economic Community, Satvinder Singh today attended the 43rd SEOM-CER Consultation in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Meeting discussed the preparations for the forthcoming entry into force of the of the Second Protocol to Amend the Agreement Establishing the AANZFTA (Second Protocol), the AANZFTA Implementation Support (AIS) Programme, and the 2024 ASEAN-CER Integration Partnership Forum.
