Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN for ASEAN Economic Community, Satvinder Singh today attended the 46th SEOM-MOFCOM Consultation, in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Meeting discussed the progress of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) 3.0 upgrade negotiations and a number of initiatives to strengthen the ASEAN-China Economic relations.
