Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this morning delivered a keynote speech at the CGCC World Chinese Entrepreneurs Summit 2024, in Hong Kong​ SAR, People’s Republic of China. In his speech, Dr. Kao highlighted that the RCEP sets a strong foundation for a stronger ASEAN-China partnership and encouraged Chinese entrepreneurs to join ASEAN in shaping the exciting new chapter of economic cooperation to foster innovation and embrace digitalisation.
